Every customer has the right to have their personal data protected. Nutri Glow. respects its customers' right to be informed about the collection and processing of their personal data. Nutri Glow. guarantees that personal data is processed correctly and lawfully in Portugal, in accordance with best practice and in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). All collection and processing of personal data has been duly analysed to ensure that it is kept to a minimum and does not exceed the original purpose for which it was collected.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Personal data is collected and processed by Nutri Glow only for purposes strictly related to the commercialisation and billing of our services.
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is due to the commercial necessity of the subscription you have requested or to a legal or judicial requirement.
Legal principle:
The personal data requested will be strictly necessary and will be processed to the extent that at least one of the conditions established for its lawfulness is met, namely when the data subject has given their consent or when the processing is necessary for the execution and management of a contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation or the pursuit of legitimate interests of the company or a third party.
Principle of transparency:
Data subjects will be informed in a clear and concise manner about the relevant aspects related to the processing of their personal data, namely the relevant purposes of the processing and the possible transfer to third parties. Principle of proportionality and limitation of storage: only adequate, relevant and non-excessive personal data will be processed, and for as long as is strictly necessary.
Principle of the need for access to data: only employees, business partners or billing or maintenance subcontractors whose respective functions require it will have access to the personal data processed by Nutri Glow.
Principle of confidentiality, integrity and availability:
Personal data will be processed in such a way as to guarantee its security, namely by protecting it against unauthorised or unlawful access or disclosure, against unauthorised or accidental alteration, loss or destruction, and in such a way as to ensure that the data is available when necessary and permitted and without undue delay. In order to fulfil this principle, Nutri Glow has contracted management and accounting services to guarantee compliance with this principle, and with a duly certified second contractor (GDPR).

Nutri Glow Nutri Glow's products and services and its support systems and internal procedures will be designed with privacy and the protection of personal data in mind.
SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
Nutri Glow respects the best practices in terms of security and protection of information and personal data. To ensure compliance with these practices, a rigorous programme of policies and standards has been adopted to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information that the company processes and is responsible for, and which is known to all Nutri Glow employees and partners.
Nutri Glow's global information security policy establishes a broad set of technical and organisational measures grouped into different security areas.
Whenever Nutri Glow uses subcontractors or third parties, they assume appropriate responsibility, under the terms of the applicable legislation, for the personal data they have to transfer and ensure that: the exchange of information and personal data complies with the applicable legal provisions, the transfer is carried out securely and that the subcontractors or third parties are contractually obliged to fulfil the duties of confidentiality and secrecy and to guarantee the security of the personal data transmitted to them for this purpose.
Compliance with information security and personal data protection policies and standards is subject to internal audits and controls and is complemented by an information and training programme for Nutri Glow employees.
